THE LEADERSHIP

Kalim A Siddiqui is the CEO and Principal Architect/ Planner of the firm since 1997. He Graduated in 1975 from the University of Engineering & Technology Lahore, with a bachelor's degree in Architecture and then proceeded to earn a Master’s Degree in Human Settlement Planning & Development from The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Bangkok, Thailand, in 1979.

We have designed and executed more than 8 million square feet of air conditioned space for various corporate clients.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS is based on the idea that seeing is believing. From conceptual sketches to renderings, CAD drawings and models, we create visuals that make our designs accessible creating a series of iterations of an idea which provides our design team and the client a common reference point for discussion and design development. MEP services provided by us include heating, ventilation and air conditioning, building automation, fire protection, fire alarm, plumbing, electrical engineering, power distribution, lighting, telecommunication, security electronics, due diligence and building evaluation.

Structural engineering services includes all types of new and building renovation of existing structures and condition surveys etc. Planning projects bring Architects and engineers together to form a teamwork. Sustainability Aspect of Design
We believe that design should adhere to sustainability aspect encompassing the use of appropriate materials, climate responsive and minimum maintenance. Also ensuring indoor air quality with minimum energy consumption. Re-cycling of waste-water and conservation of rain water through rain water harvesting methodology. Minimum use of mechanical means for ventilation and movement of air and maximum use of natural ventilation.
